Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods through NZ Post:

• Standard Shipping: typically up to 3 business days for delivery within New Zealand, and around a week for deliveries outside of NZ.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. Enter it on the NZ Post website for real-time updates on your package.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat rate of $7.50 nationwide. You can view the shipping cost for your order in your cart before finalising your purchase. Some orders may qualify for free shipping, depending on the order total and location.
